Muncie has had a burgeoning punk rock scene at various times in its deindustrializing past, unsurprisingly! From bombed out downtown "venues" to the Village, places like the No Bar, Doc's, the Circle D, FN Music, Stevie Ray's, NY House, 107 Studio and more were home to all kinds of disgruntled musical expression on three chords or less.
