Ballad of Stormy and Joe Muncie Graffiti

On the far west reaches of the Old West End, where 2nd Street ends and Kilgore crosses the tracks, there's a story of a lover scorned told through graffiti, announcing that "Stormy is a whore" and "Joe is a pussy." This graphic reimagines that as the country song my imagination assumes the story is. I dunno, I think it's almost better to NOT know any more details than what the graffiti offers, an "eight word story" of sorts.
