Don't Stop Believin' in Muncie
As Northwest Plaza in Muncie has aged, it's gone through various iterations and ownerships. Somewhere along the way, the stop signs to allow pedestrians to stop at the Dollar Tree, Staples and Harbor Freight have faded, some to a bare white. On or around April 17, 2024, a local hero got fed up with the situation and fixed one of these stop signs. This shirt is a tribute to that would-be-vandal/small-scale-hero's tenacity and desire to roll their sleeves up for a better Muncie, despite the various legalities.
