A sexual and affectional orientation toward people of the same gender. Gay is also used specifically by homosexual men as an identifier.
On the gay pride flag, green represents community, teal represents healing, light green represents joy, white represents purity, light blue represents serenity, teal represents art, and dark blue represents harmony.
