Product Overview
In the late 1990s and early 2000s is when downtown Muncie hit its nadir, the lowest point in its progression. During this era, the building at the northwest corner of Main and High Streets, an old masonic lodge that was the oldest commercial building in the county, was razed. The rough wall of the neighboring building had graffiti like this, which -- at the time, given that Ciudad de Oro means "City of Gold", was quite ironic.
